Systems Administrator - (part remote / part office based)

1st/2nd/3rd Line Support, Azure Active Directory, Office365, Exchange, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, VMware, CrowdStrike, Automation

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for working closely with the business and fellow engineers to implement and maintain critical infrastructure elements as well as day to day support to meet the client's operational business needs. You will be deeply involved in technology and engineering projects and a key member of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality results as well as innovating and identifying key areas for improvements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead on research, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve IT issues

• Manage the IT support helpdesk queues

• Responsible for standard procedures for escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

• Maintain and build laptops and desktops

• Maintain inventory and asset tracking

• Maintains cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, GitHub. Docker)

• Participate as well as lead on selected infrastructure projects

• Process all support requests (1st, 2nd and 3rd line) within SLA and following procedural requirements

• Point of contact for escalation for 1st line support
