Site Equip encompasses Site Event, Site Waste, and Site Build, the South's leading supplier of portable welfare and sanitation facilities operating within event and construction industries, supplying to major contractors including; London Fire Brigade, the Ministry of Defence, and many major events.

Through our investment in people, we are able to expand and develop our innovative and forward-thinking company. We have a new opening for a part-time Accounts Administrator. The position is based at our Lasham, Hampshire Depot.

The Role

We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to support the Finance Manager across the accounts department, a varied and enjoyable role.
  • Maintaining the supplier invoices database
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Assisting with payment runs
  • Generating sales and hire invoices
  • Credit control support
  • Handling queries from customers
  • Monitoring the credit-control email box
  • Providing admin support to the accounts team
  • Other duties, where required

Experience and Expertise

The successful candidate for the Accounts Administrator will have the following skills and experiences:
  • Previous experience working in an accounts office environment
  • Knowledge of Sage 50 is an advantage
  • Strong computer skills, as we run a paperless office
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast pace environment
  • Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor

Hours: 20 hours per week, hours can be flexible, but would be 5 days per week.
