Billings Assistant required for 12 month FTC in Milton Keynes

Your new company
Hays are working with a local manufacturing organisation who are looking for a Billings Assistant for a 12 month FTC. this is a great opportunity to join a established business in a fast pace finance environment.

Your new role
this role will involve, ensuring the prompt, accurate preparation and dispatch of invoices and backing data to all customers. Be confident in your approach to liaise with external customers and internal departments to resolve billing queries.
You will be supporting the integration of new services/system into the billing function and interpret large volumes of data. To assist the Management Accounts team with revenue related queries. Support the Commercial Finance Analyst where required.

What you'll need to succeed
the ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience:
  • finance graduate or 1-2 years experience in a finance related role
  • process driven
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • intermediate excel, to VLookup and pivot table level
  • able to pick up internal systems quick
  • available for an immediate start or short notice
  • can commit to a 12 month FTC
  • able to work at pace
  • team orientated environment
  • hybrid working
