Accounts Assistant role available for a minimum of 6 weeks based just North of Salisbury.
We are looking to recruit someone who would support the team as an Accounts Assistant. Full training in this role will be available as a minimum we would expect 1/2 years experience in a Finance based role. This job would entail a detailed understanding of the principles of accounts, knowledge of SAGE and Excel. A suitable candidate would be interested in taking on a key role in a small company, reporting and supporting the Finance Manager.
4 days a week Monday - Thursday working 9am - 4pm 6.5 hours (Lunch 30 minutes) per day
26 hours a week.
You must have experience with SAGE 50 & SAGE PAYROLL.

- Payment transfer
- Credit card payments
- Weekly wages - Payroll processing
- Monthly - Payroll processing
- Weekly Pub income statements
- Posting receipts/bank statements
