This is an exciting time to join a bright and airy converted barn in the Oxfordshire countryside as a Marketing Account Manager and work for an excellent array of clients.

The experience we need.

- At least 6 months working at Account Management level with an integrated Marketing Agency

-Solid B2B experience is desirable, not essential

-Strong agency experience

-Ability to interpret a client brief and to manage internal and external teams to deliver the best possible results for your Client

-Experience of working alongside an in-house studio and being conversant with studio processes

-Able to run programmes for key Clients

-Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

-Proven project management skills

-Effective communication and presentation skills

-Commercial approach to delivering projects to deadlines and within budget

-Strong understanding of the marketing disciplines, ideally gained through agency experience

The role.

-As a marketing Account Manager you will be working alongside and providing support to your immediate line manager and wider agency teams

-To communicate effectively with our key Clients at all levels, giving them confidence in your abilities and an understanding of the work required

-Working effectively with our integrated teams to ensure that campaigns are delivered to agreed timescales and in line with Client briefs

-Ensuring Client brand guidelines are met

-Preparing project and creative briefs

What you'll get in return.

-£competitive dependent upon qualifications and/or experience

-Annual holiday entitlement of 25 days, increasing to 28 days, with the option to buy 5 further days

-Normal working hours from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, though a degree of flexibility will be required
