Based Meridian Business Park, Leicester, this is a company operating in a specialist sector providing multi-faceted solutions within their niche sector. Due to ongoing demand, required is an additional Accounts Administrator to their team. A really good role that would appeal to a strong office administrator with exposure to accounts.
You'll predominantly be undertaking responsibility for high volume purchase invoice processing, matching, batching and coding, reconciling statements and discrepancies ensuring accuracy is of high level at all times.
In addition, you will be managing the Sales Invoicing and recharges including chasing overdue payments.
We are seeking previous experience in Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger, specifically in a role where a high volume is/was a core fundamental however considered will be candidates seeking an entry level position that have exposure to accounting principles in AAT study perhaps or a completed apprenticeship
In addition, you should be a strong team player, good IT skills and a great communicator, able to liaise confidently with suppliers and customers alike
