Description

The Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for managing a thorough end-to-end recruitment service across the business.

Duties will include:
  • Attracting the best industry-leading talent using social media, LinkedIn, job boards and web adverts;
  • Screening and shortlisting of candidates, organising interviews and conducting interview preparation calls;
  • Managing and coordinating the recruitment of a range of different roles including Sales, Account Management, and back office support staff;
  • Creating job descriptions and adverts, as well as uploading on to relevant job boards and the company website;
  • Advising managers on best recruitment practice and current candidate market conditions;
  • Providing support with interview questions and being a member of the interview panel if required;
  • Supporting hiring managers with their decision making;
  • Collating interview feedback and providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates;
  • Making job offers to successful candidates and liaising with the HR department regarding offer letters and contracts of employment;
  • Ensuring all RTW documentation is present and valid.

Profile

Candidates wishing to apply to this role should have:
  • Extensive recruitment experience;
  • A proactive approach to work with the ability to manage a high workload;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels;
  • A working knowledge of posting to job boards and utilising LinkedIn;
  • Experience recruiting for sales or account management roles would be desirable.
