Our client, a national provider of housing and social care services is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join their team.
As a Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for providing support, maintenance and development of all Group business systems, including the document management systems (QL, Documotive4), repairs systems (QL, Keyfax) and the finance and HR Systems (Open Accounts, Documotive, P2P and iTrent.
You will also be accountable for key QL system modules to include CRM Repairs, Rents and Arrears, Case Managements, Voids Management and Waiting Lists, liaising with external and third-party suppliers, resolving all incidents and issues in accordance with the Groups SLAs and escalating any that cannot be resolved, ultimately managing to successful completion.
Experience and Background
· Proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues.
· Educated to GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, you will be proficient in T-SQL and ideally hold a ITIL v2 or v3 (desirable)
· Experience of configuring and working with a range of business systems, analysis documentation coupled with liaising with supplies and consultants to implement systems or changes to agreed specifications.
· Established fault finding and trouble shooting skills, with in depth knowledge of industry standard Microsoft Products.
