Our client is a mid-tier firm of Chartered Accountants based in the City. They are seeking a Payroll Senior to join their growing Outsourcing Division.

The Outsourcing Division has experienced high growth in the last couple of years and this is an area where the firm expect further development.

You will have experience of working within an accountancy practice, payroll bureau or umbrella company. The firm is embracing a flexible working culture and moving forward you will still have the option of working from home up to 50% of the week.

Main Duties
  • Managing a portfolio of payroll clients
  • Process circa 100 monthly payrolls, 5 weekly payrolls and 40 annual payrolls.
  • Upload reports to client and release payslips to employees.
  • Process month end for all payrolls and process year end procedure via payroll software, individually for each client.
  • Respond to client queries via email and or by phone.
  • Print P60's at year end and distribute to clients.
  • Deal with queries from HMRC
  • Provide advice to clients regarding payroll related queries.
