Woman's Trust is a mental health charity that aims to help women in London affected by domestic abuse by providing free, women-only, client-led counselling and support services.
We seek a Clinical Director to lead and develop our person-centred specialist services, operating within the BACP operational framework, to be our safeguarding lead, and to share our knowledge. You will be joining the charity at an exciting time, following a period of growth. Our counselling service grew by over 20% in the last year, new systems were developed to support remote delivery of services and new responses were developed to respond to women's challenging needs. The organisation's infrastructure has grown to support it, and the clinical team has evolved and grown to better meet the demands upon it. We are looking for someone who would relish the challenge of helping take the charity to the next level. If you think you have the drive, the motivation and the passion to help us succeed in our mission, we want to hear from you.
As our Clinical Director, you will work remotely initially, before continuing at Woman's Trust Offices (currently in London NW1) with an option to continue some remote working.
To apply, please send a CV, cover letter and equal opp form via the apply button.
