After record growth in the last 12 months, AO are looking for a Senior Acquisition Executive to support the Digital Acquisition Manager in the delivery of our aggressive growth strategy.
You will join an ambitious and talented in-house acquisition team of over 20 people, and you'll have opportunities to work with a diverse range of channels and stakeholders. We're looking for somebody who will challenge the ordinary, you will be highly numerate and have a passion for innovation and achieving results.
Heres what you can expect to be doing as our Senior Acquisition Executive:
- Support the Digital Acquisition Manager in creating and executing the digital acquisition strategy with the explicit aim of growing traffic & revenue
- Identify performance issues/opportunities and provide actionable insight to the Digital Acquisition Manager
- Collaborate with acquisition channel specialists to drive multi-channel performance across multiple product categories
- We believe innovation is vital in achieving long-term growth/success and you will be expected to challenge the ordinary. We are looking for somebody who can consistently identify and test innovative opportunities
- Regularly present performance results/opportunities to Acquisition stakeholders
- Support the Digital Acquisition Manager with reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly performance against forecast and KPI's)
- Support the team on manufacturer funded campaigns
- Support the Digital Acquisition Manager on projects (Such as conversion)
A Few Things About Our Senior Acquisition Executive:
- 2+ years' digital acquisition experience
- A strong commercial acumen and results driven
- Strong analytical, strategic and mathematical skills, along with meticulous attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, ambitious and driven with an eagerness for learning and self-development
- Curious with a desire to test new ideas
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of being able to multitask
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
