Its customer acquisition platform uses cutting-edge blockchain technology to ensure seamless and secure integration with OEMs, and a personalised, and intuitive experience for the consumer, to make car buying effortless.
Strategy and Operation Associate Job
We are looking for a self-starter, comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative concepts, to join TLA on a fixed-term basis (3 - 6 months - option to turn the role into a permanent position). The role will report to the Chief Strategy Officer.

  • You will be assigned high priority projects to ensure we achieve our goals
  • You will identify growth routes and prospect investment opportunities through the development of strategic business plans and you will support the pipeline of projects, assisting the management team through a period of high growth
  • You will perform feasibility studies and acquisition process by developing business cases, valuation models, investment memorandum, acquisition plans, due diligence reports and integration plans
  • You will support the senior management and all business units with financial, market and strategic analysis, presentations and recommendations to enable a faster and more assertive decision making process
  • You will work with different teams within the company to identify, review and solve problems
  • You will work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions and work at a very fast pace


Your Profile

  • Be ready to thrive in a dynamic environment and operate in a project-based working environment
  • Have a strong academic background from a reputable institution, minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a MiM with previous experience in IB, PE or consulting (mandatory) with a desire to pursue a career in Tech
  • As a Graduate within our Strategy department, you'll gain experience in solving pertinent challenges in strategy and financial management when scaling up a venture. You'll develop the ability to break down complexity, gain the ability to design solutions and leverage technology to accelerate outcomes.

  • You have prior work experience in investment banking, PE or a top tier consulting firm [please do not apply if you don't]
  • You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work
  • You are curious and interested in making an impact
  • You can demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved in
  • You can have a great command of Excel and financial modelling
  • You possess exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills together with great attention to details
