Praxis is looking for a talented, experienced and creative Digital Communications Manager to design and deliver Praxis' digital and social media communications strategy.
This year Praxis launched a new 2021 - 2026 strategy, which outlines a commitment to invest in our campaigning and communication work. The Digital Communications Manager will join a growing team, and play a critical role in this new strategy - growing our online reach and engagement by developing integrated digital fundraising, campaigning and communications across a range of channels.
The right candidate will be analytic and strategic, while energised by the opportunity to dive into the detail and deliver a high performing programme from scratch. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation as well as experts by experience, to create compelling content and communications, managing Praxis' website, social media platforms and email programme, to raise Praxis' profile, generate income and support campaign targets.
Due to Covid-19 most of our work is being undertaken remotely at present, however as restrictions lift it is intended this role will be part office based and part remote.
Praxis is a dynamic, award-winning human rights charity supporting migrants in crisis or at-risk, ensuring that their essential human needs are met and that they are able to overcome the barriers they face. We have more than 35 years of experience working with migrant communities, and in 2020 we supported around 2,500 people through expert legal advice, housing and peer support. Our holistic approach supports people away from a point of crisis and destitution towards safety, economic independence, social engagement and greater emotional wellbeing.
