Job Title: Financial Services Assessor
Location: Remote / Online
Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 (Dependent upon experience)

Must have experience of delivering training to apprentice learners
Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification: PTLLS/AET or equivalent/above
Ideally hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, TAQA or CAVA.
Must hold own Level 3 Financial Services qualification (or equivalent) e.g. CeMAP; Dip/Cert CII; Diploma in Financial Planning.
Hold solid occupational experience within Financial Services.
Confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills to learners.
Excellent IT skills and confident with the use of IT and online systems.
Manage a caseload of learners working towards Apprenticeships in Financial Services up to Level 4 (Mortgage and Insurance), including Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT at Level 2.
Coaching and mentoring learners to gather quality evidence towards their Apprenticeship.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted - online via video meetings and telephone.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner's needs.
Work to learner review and completion time-scales.
