Application Support Analyst opportunity in Glasgow salary up to 28,000 DOE, client is looking for a 1st and 2nd Line Application Support Analyst to join their busy Support Team.Responsibilities:
- Acting as a point of contact point, receiving and handling requests for support.
- Responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocate unresolved issues as appropriate.
- Prioritise and diagnose incidents according to agreed procedures.
- Investigate the cause of incidents and provide appropriate solutions.
- Facilitate recovery, following resolution of incidents.
- Candidates must have experience working with Bespoke Applications.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and helpful with good customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft core systems and applications.
- Experience working with SQL or Azure SQL.
