iMultiply are engaged on a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Accounts Payable Administrator based in Fife. This role pays a very competitive salary and offers a potential permanent role at the end of the contract.

The Role

The Accounts Payable Administrator position presents the opportunity to join a world class finance function. The successful candidate will have experience of processing high volumes of invoices and ideally will have operated within a fast-paced environment.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
  • Reporting to the Finance Manager for Accounts Payable
  • Processing invoices
  • Matching, coding and batching of invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Financial administration
  • Dealing with petty cash
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Dealing with purchase and supplier enquiries
  • Ensuring compliance with processes, procedures and financial controls

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following experience:
  • Have a minimum of 12 months practical finance experience
  • Ability to liaise and communication with stakeholders
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
