Main Purpose
The role of the Data Administrator is a new role that will be responsible for managing prospect and client data with the CRM (Salesforce). The role will require the successful candidate to focus on ensuring the data is kept up to date, add new data and cleanse old data across both client and prospect accounts. The role is critical to the success of both sales and marketing teams and will be working closely with both teams, as well as our data analysis team.

As an entry-level marketing role, training will be provided to support the successful candidate to effectively complete the tasks assigned to this role.

This is a new role for the business as we continue to evolve and grow our development efforts, therefore the successful candidate has an opportunity to further define and develop the role.

This person will be able to utilise and further develop their skills in an agile and ambitious marketing team who are always looking to achieve the best.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Data entry of new contacts within client and prospect accounts
  • Data cleanse of existing data (primary focus Global 700 firms)
  • List generation for wider marketing campaigns
  • Reporting on data enhancements
  • Working with the business Salesforce group to identify best practices for data management
  • Support sales with data management across key accounts
  • List management/database entry pre and post marketing events
  • Support the wider marketing team with tasks as requested
Skills/Experience Required
You will be process driven with strong writing and analytical skills. You will possess excellent communications skills with the ability to build relationships and be a hands-on type individual, who demonstrates initiative and has a positive, professional, "can-do" attitude. The role requires an attention to detail with a customer focus and there needs to be an appreciation and understanding of the importance of data to the business.
