As the business continues to go from strength to strength, they now require a talented individual to provide customer insight and play a key role in utilising this information to drive the online strategy. Taking ownership for the end to end online customer journey, this is an excellent opportunity to develop the online proposition for a leading brand in a challenging and rewarding environment.
- Contribute to the Online strategy by providing customer insight. - Identify, test and implement process improvements to enable the best customer experience - Provide detailed recommendations for senior management decisions based on data driven learning and bespoke insights
- Strong understanding of customer experience and behaviour online. - Understanding of online conversion funnel including path to purchase and customer journeys. - Knowledge of different research methodologies and techniques and their relative strengths. - Excellent communication skills - needs to be able to communicate and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate and tell stories through data - making the complex simple to understand for a wide range of stakeholders. - Ability to take decisions in a time pressured environment. - A good understanding of Google Analytics and how to utilise this within an ecommerce business. - Skills in data interrogation including SQL.
