This new Directorate will present the opportunity for the Director to play a key role in shaping the strategic drive in the areas of graduate employability, enterprise and student recruitment. Reporting to the Vice Principal for Higher Education (VPHE), s/he will provide overarching direction to both an outcomes focused recruitment strategy and employability and enterprise strategy to meet strategic aims and objectives.
The role will also include taking responsibility for reporting on the milestones within the Institute of Technology (IoT) projects and the ongoing promotion of the IoT branded portfolio.
The Director will provide constructive challenge to the Heads of Schools to connect academic expertise with industry, transform our local community through knowledge exchange, enhance the student and graduate experience and develop the UCNL and UCD as vibrant communities of business connectivity.
We are particularly keen to receive applications from those with backgrounds in strategic marketing or with experience drawn from all sectors in addition to those from Education.
