We're recruiting for an SEO Account Director to join our successful and rapidly-growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced person to step into a challenging role.

You'll be responsible for shaping and developing the SEO service, as well as ensuring the strategy development for our key clients is world class.

You'll have experience of overseeing and developing successful SEO strategies to achieve client objectives, as well as the ability to manage people and get the best out of them.

You must be a strong leader, outcome-focused, methodical, and can demonstrate using a range of SEO tactics to their maximum potential. You'll use these skills to oversee cross-channel campaigns and pinpoint key opportunities for clients wherever possible.

We're looking for strong leadership, account management, presentation, and client communication skills.


LEADERSHIP: You will lead your team to offer an outstanding service and offering for our clients. You'll support them to develop well considered and progressive client strategies that deliver measurable performance and integrate with wider strategies.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: You'll oversee SEO strategies for all clients and ensure they provide measurable impact.

REPORTING & ANALYSIS: Monitor strategies, results, and overall service performance of all clients, and identify areas of improvement. You'll then take action to address them, escalating issues or build business cases where appropriate.

CLIENT COMMUNICATION: Maintain a close relationship with clients, and communicate well with key stakeholders to ensure that SEO strategies are tailored to their needs.

TECHNICAL SEO: Maintain the highest level of technical SEO knowledge, and perform in-depth technical audits, strategies, and migrations, as well as identifying complex or nonstandard issues.


LEADERSHIP SKILLS: You'll provide support and direction to a team, monitoring performance and understanding their individual strengths and talents to get the best from them.

AN ANALYTICAL MIND-SET: You'll be good at investigating, solving problems and telling stories with data, whether that's diving into report data to find a solution to a problem, or building projections to back up your recommendations.

TECHNICAL SAVVY: You'll have a detailed knowledge of technical SEO, as well as basic web technologies like HTML and CSS, and you'll be comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to those with less experience.

ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS: You'll be confident in managing a challenging workload, overseeing complex and multi-service projects, working to deadlines and prioritising tasks to keep on top of multiple campaigns, clients and other tasks.

INITIATIVE AND ENTHUSIASM: We need somebody who can help shape and progress our offering, not just follow instructions. You'll have a knack for identifying new opportunities and areas for improvement, and put forward a persuasive case for your recommendations where necessary.
