Do you have a flair for analysing financial information, overseeing budgets and working with others to get the most from limited resources? We are looking for a Finance Officer to support the RSPB's operational managers across Southern England, delivering our mission to give nature a home.

You will need to develop and nurture effective working relationships with people at all levels and ensure confidential and sensitive financial matters are handled professionally.

The role is 0.6 full-time equivalent, meaning an average of 3 days per week, although we expect this to flex occasionally in response to peaks in workload, for instance at the end of the financial year.

Because this role will primarily be supporting the team across Southern England, our preference is for candidates to be based in the south.
