An excellent opportunity has arisen for a competent administrator to join this highly successful property company based in a central location in the West End.

You will need to have the following skills in order to be considered for this role:-

*Advanced Microsoft IT skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
*Knowledge of modern technology such as Apps would be an advantage but is not essential
*Accurate data entry of property details
*Database management
*Would suit a PA or Team Secretary looking for a new challenge in terms of project management
*Would also suit an ex-surveyor
*Highly numerate with the ability to put together comprehensive P & L reports
*Strong business acumen
*Excellent communication skills are required as you may be involved in client pitches and tenders
*Some travel around the UK may be required so flexibility in this respect is essential
*Proven interest in finance and IT
*Ability to interface with internal departments such as Finance and IT and align solutions accordingly
*Capable of presenting property issues and processes to clients
*Ability to build relationships across the organisation
*To confidently present a professional image when liaising with clients
