Due to company growth, our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join the operations team as soon as possible.Key responsibilities:
The right candidate:
- Responsibility for the management of Tablet/iPad equipment
- Tablet support for the Marketing Companies, including issue resolution
- Requirement planning for tablets and SIMS.
- SIM Data management
- Data processing - multiple clients
- Responsibility for stock management on the campaign
- Carry out development changes on specific client/campaign requirements working closely with the operations manager.
- Building a key relationship with the Marketing Company owners
- Support the client account managers with any reporting/ad-hoc requirements.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required to support the Operations and Client Account Management teams
- Good Excel skills
- Strong problem solving skills
