The Role The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial Insolvency Partner to join their office in the heart of Leeds. The department work for a whole host of different industry sectors which will make for a varied and interesting role. These include manufacturing, retails, financial, hotel, leisure, healthcare and renewable energy. You will cover a caseload that will include a wide spectrum of high corporate matters including advice to banks, asset-based lenders, private funders, directors, insolvency practitioners, issues surrounding winding-up petitions and statutory demands and rights against insolvent companies. You will work closely with other Partners more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.
