Salary Scale: £40,872 - £47,846
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to lead our small but dynamic Physiotherapy team within the Community Learning Disability Service. This post is based within Murray Royal Hospital but engages with Learning Disability adults in a variety of settings across Perth and Kinross.

Beautiful Perthshire sits at the heart of central Scotland within easy reach of busy cities but outdoor space and activities such as hill walking, golf, fishing and water sports are on our doorstep.

Candidates must demonstrate evidence of excellent clinical reasoning skills and an advanced ability to manage own caseload as well as provide support to the wider team both operationally and professionally. You should be a team player who demonstrates strong leadership skills but can also work autonomously.

You will have experience in service development to support the National Strategy for Standards of Practice for Adults with a Learning Disability. Quality improvement work is expected at both a uni-professional and integrated team level.

Physiotherapy Services support staff development through appraisal processes, supervision and CPD opportunities.
