Hours: 22.5 hours per week Term-time only (39 Weeks per Year) Required: September 2021 Are you looking for an opportunity to lead and shape a ground breaking Occupational Therapy provision? Owing to an impending relocation, there is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and highly motivated team to manage and develop a child centred occupational therapy service delivering the best outcomes for sensory impaired children. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with students with a range of needs as well as significant, proven leadership and management experience. You will be managing a team of Occupational Therapists and leading on continuous improvements within our occupational therapy provision. You need to be an excellent communicator, able inspire and motivate staff and build strong working relationships with both students and their families to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes. Linden Lodge School an exceptional school with a range of outstanding facilities and resources. We are ambitious for our pupils and want them to receive the highest possible care, support and education. The children and young people within the school have a range of sensory impairments, including deaf-blindness and additional needs including physical disability, and complex medical needs.
