Communications Executive required by a leading international membership organisation based in central London. This is an exciting new role within the Media and Communications team. You will keep up with current topics and translate this content across all digital / social media platforms. You will communicate with all key stakeholders (both internal and external), including their members, the public and staff members. You will support internal communications and produce content for the organisation's intranet (both written and filmed).
This is a full time, permanent role - paying £28k per annum plus benefits - working remotely / home working for the moment until their offices reopen - interviews will be in June 2021 via MS Teams Video Call.
Key duties include:
Produce articles for staff intranet and member news section of the website as directed by the Senior Communications Manager Liaise with Personnel Team and various Directors to produce text for business announcements Assist with the design, creation and management of content for internal and external communications channels Support to quarterly meetings of employee forum Provide key support to briefings including creation of content and liaising with the Senior Communications Manager on current topics Strategise the communications involvement for numerous awareness events throughout the year Create video content for social media and the website Work closely with Membership & Marketing teams to help communicate effective campaign strategy including creation of marketing materials and assets Create content for all social media channels Essential skills:
Strong written and verbal communications skills Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Experience of Photoshop or similar packages Understand campaign strategy Demonstrable film and film editing skills Ability to deal with competing demands and deadlines Some knowledge and experience of event organisation
