Our client a Legal 500 recommended International law firm are actively looking to recruit a junior Employment Solicitor to join their team up to 4PQE
This is an opportunity for a ambitious solicitor to join a team that can offer a good mix of work and direct support and development opportunities, whilst working alongside experienced lawyers. The team has a friendly and professional atmosphere, handling a variety of both contentious and non-contentious matters. In this role you can expect your own caseload of work and to assist the Partners with more complex, high value matters.
The Employment Division works closely in tandem with the Commercial Department and often advises existing commercial clients on issues such as defending unfair dismissal claims, redundancy, business restructuring, director dismissal, TUPE, restrictive covenants and general HR and employment rights issues.
