Title: Care Coordinator
Location: Cardiff South
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum plus on-call payments and care call payments- Starting ASAP
Hours: Full Time (40 Hours) - Weekdays 08:30-17:00. You will also be required to be part of the emergency On-Call rota (1 week in 5).
Purpose of Role:
Royal Educare are working with our client in the Cardiff area to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator on a full-time basis.
To maintain the smooth running of the business by using modern systems to coordinate customer visits and staff rotas. You will work alongside a supportive team to ensure that our customers are receiving the highest-level quality of care in order to maintain our excellent reputation in the Cardiff South & Vale of Glamorgan areas.
The role includes liaising with local authorities, health boards and hospitals in the Cardiff South area in order to grow the business and take on new packages of care, and also provide outstanding customer service when arranging packages of care for potential Private clients.

Desirable criteria of our Care Coordinator:
* Experience in Coordinating
* Experience in Domiciliary Care
* QCF/NVQ Qualification in Health and Social Care
* Social Care Wales Registered
* Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
Full Time annual leave entitlement is provided, 28 days including statutory annual leave, we also give you a day off for your birthday.
Limited on-site Car Parking facilities available.
Domiciliary Care operates 365 days per year and 24 hours per day, including Bank Holidays. You will be required to occasionally work weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays when and if necessary.
The successful applicant will be required to register with Social Care Wales within 6 months of the start of their employment if they are not already registered
