Leading law firm is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Assistant to be part of their Business Development, Marketing & Communications team in their Liverpool based office on an initial 12 month FTC. This role will provide an exceptional level of support to the business development and marketing activities and processes, working closely with members of the BD, Marketing and Communications team in London, and internationally, as well as colleagues in Liverpool. The main duties for this role will include supporting across areas of the pitch process including research, client and competitor analysis, writing tailored responses, and preparing teams for pitch meetings, leading on the production of sales and marketing support materials, supporting the implementation of actions arising from the sector and practice business plans, supporting the implementation of actions arising from the UK priority intermediary plans, providing support for international trip planning, supporting event and webinar planning including the creation of invitations, presentation materials, and delegate lists, supporting for the alumni programme including data management, reporting and alumni enquiries, setting up and running external webinars, assisting on major campaign activities, working on a CRM system to maintain good data and help track ROI, supporting teams with business development and marketing activities for defined projects and campaigns, support the management of data within the CRM system. Applicants must have excellent technological and communication skills, as well as good education and even though this role is remote working at present you must be able to work in the Liverpool office as and when required, so living in the local area is a must. The core hours for this role are 9.30am - 5.30pm and this role is paying up to £20,000.
