The highly regarded team acts for an impressive client base of both claimant and respondent clients, including international corporates, PLCs, SMEs and individuals such as company directors and senior executives across a range of sectors. The work includes a wide range of quality contentious and non-contentious work, including employee relations advisory work, disputes in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, corporate transactions and commercial outsourcing TUPE work. In addition, you will provide advice to the business immigration department.
The role would suit an employment solicitor who is looking to join a firm and take a more senior position within the department, where they can grow, bring ideas and be given the opportunity to deliver whilst being a valued voice across the firm.
You should have a broad range of employment experience alongside strong client skills. There is an expectation that you will have developed a strong presence as an expert in this area of law.
