Agricultural Property Paralegal, 12 Months' Experience Required, Lincolnshire - A successful firm with offices across the region have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Paralegal to join their Agricultural Property Team.
JOB TITLE: Agricultural Property Paralegal
EXPERIENCE: 12 months' experience required
SALARY: up to c£24,000 DOE
The appointed Agricultural Property Paralegal will be responsible for a number of fee earning tasks to include the production of legal documentation, drafting basic deeds, documents and letters, engage in legal research, drafting financial statements and corresponding with clients via telephone and written communication. The successful candidate will also be required to undertake administrative tasks which includes managing client files, operating the firm's case management system, monitoring compliance and managing incoming telephone calls and emails.
Applications are welcomed from Paralegals who have a minimum of 12 months' experience working within a legal environment, preferably within a busy property team. Applicants must be able to demonstrate good IT and keyboard skills, excellent written and verbal communication along with the ability to organise and prioritise workload under pressure. It is also essential that candidates have excellent attention to detail with the addition of good customer facing skills.
