A confident Merchandising Admin Assistant is required to join an exceptional supplier of fashion accessories to the high street retailers. You will be assisting the Merchandisers and Technologists with all administrative duties and be a proactive member of the team.
* Raising purchase orders onto web portal.
* Checking customer purchase orders
* Critical Path documentation.
* Filling in workbooks and technical documents during inhouse fit sessions
* Labelling up samples
* Taking photographs of samples for measurements
* Raising Invoices
* All aspects of the life cycle from initial order to the sale
* Filing paperwork
* Organise and efficient
* Must be fully pc literate and have MS Office knowledge - Excel and Word is essential
* Must have a minimum 1 years experience within a similar role working for a fashion supplier.
* Able to work to important deadlines.
* Confident in their merchandising skills.
* Attention to detail.
