Business Studies and Economics Teacher required for South-East London 11-18 comprehensive to start in September. Timetable will be split between GCSE Business, A Level Business and A Level Economics. Previous experience of teaching to a high level at both GCSE and A Level is essential for this role. Applications welcome from both an experienced Teacher and a Newly Qualified Teacher.
For this Business Studies and Economics teaching position you will need to be pro-active and self-motivated, aspiring to be an outstanding practitioner if not already. You should be an innovative teacher of Business Studies and Economics with the ability to prepare lessons that ensure progression for high-achieving students that like their ability to be stretched. Several of students at the school are highly academic so we are looking for a classroom pracitioner with exceptional subject knowledge and a passion for both Business Studies and Economics that can be shared with the students.
The Business and Enterprise faculty has excelled across the academy with over half of students making far greater progress than that expected nationally over the last couple of years. This has been achieved by great support and teamwork throughout the department. We are now looking for a talented and committed Teacher of Business Studies and Economics willing to devote energy and creativity into drawing the best possible results from their students.
