One of the UK's leading CA firms are looking for audit professionals to join the busy and growing Aberdeen team. The firm have a varied client base, although naturally in Aberdeen this includes a number of oil & gas clients. The firm offer a full range of services from accounts and audit through to taxation and advisory. Throughout the recent COVID-19 crisis the firm have worked hard at keeping staff happy and safe and they continue to be innovative in terms of how they offer an inclusive and flexible working environment.
Your new role
Working with a range of clients you will lead audits having a key involvement in both opening and closing meetings as well as managing staff on jobs ensuring all work is completed on time and on budget. You will be interested in how businesses operate and will be adept at building and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will also have great coaching skills and will be interested in developing more junior members of the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Along with an accountancy qualification (CA or ACCA) you will also have relevant audit experience gained working for a well regarded CA firm. You will have great commercial acumen you excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition you will be ambitious and excited about joining a firm embarking on a growth plan.
