Eden Scott is delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation in Edinburgh to recruit an experienced Finance Assistant.

  • VAT returns
  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Cashbooks
  • Helping preparation of financial year end
  • Maintaining finance system is up to date
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Support month end reporting
  • Payment runs
  • Support payroll
  • Monthly and quarterly HMRC/VAT reporting and processing

Person specification
  • 2 years' experience in finance role
  • Knowledge of HMRC Reporting
  • Experience with e financials (preferable)
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with finance systems (ideally Sage Intaact)
