Job Details

Jenson Fisher have been engaged by a growing organisation based in Paisley who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a full-time permanent basis. This role will suit a good "all-rounder" who wants to be part of a small friendly team.

The main duties:
  • Invoice processing/matching/price checking
  • Ensure that the purchase ledger is accurately maintained
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Weekly payment runs via BACS
  • Working with multi-currency invoices
  • Processing company card expenses
  • Processing petty cash expenses
  • Supporting a small team
  • Supporting with month/year end procedures
  • Provide support to the Finance Director as required
  • Any other duties as appropriate to the role

The main requirements:
  • Previous purchase ledger is essential
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial
  • Strong team player
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
