You will be working for a leading Public sector organisation in Carmarthen. Your new role
You will be responsible for helping users resolve issues with computer hardware or software via the phone and in person. You will respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications, and help resolve these issues for users. You will be responsible for setting up equipment and all Desktop Duties What you'll need to succeed
What you need to do now
- Previous desktop experience
- knowledge of active directory
- good customer service skills
- knowledge of IT support
