Role Description
We are looking for a meticulous, tech-savvy, resourceful and results-focused Account Executive to join the multi-disciplinary team at our award-winning Health Tech start-up. Working across the Engagement, Clinical and Commercial teams, you will help ensure the success of our partnerships with organisations and thought leaders worldwide, including medical societies, medical schools, pharmaceutical companies and key opinion leaders in medicine.

You will have a unique opportunity to be involved with partnerships end to end, from lead generation to onboarding and account management, and helping to deliver exciting medical education campaigns across multiple digital channels. This is a demanding and highly varied role with multiple senior stakeholders and some client interaction, so would best suit a confident and resilient individual with start-up or agency experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research opportunities for partnerships
  • Outreach to potential partners
  • Support senior team in preparation of proposals and contracts
  • Support senior team in meetings with potential partners

Account Management
  • Onboard new partners
  • Develop digital assets including web banners and social media copy
  • Record and communicate actions and updates for key partnerships
  • Research, record and communicate opportunities such as conferences and health awareness days
  • Ensure CRM and partner folders are correct, well organised and up to date
  • Build relationships with existing partners

First-Line Support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues for partners
  • Clearly communicate and escalate more complex issues or requests
  • Maintain fluency with the platform on web, iOS and Android

Reach and Engagement
  • Leverage MedShr channels to ensure maximum engagement and reach for partner content
  • Define and create audience segments on MedShr and social to deliver tailored content
  • Plan, develop and support campaigns in line with partner events and health awareness days
  • Identify and act on ad hoc opportunities for engagement such as trending medical topics on social media, influential social media accounts and trending cases or topics on MedShr

The ideal candidate will:
  • Be organized, adaptable and capable of effectively prioritizing workload
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
  • Be articulate in English (written and spoken)
  • Have a professional manner, and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders in writing, on the phone and on video calls
  • Be digitally savvy, with ability to quickly develop mastery of new apps and platforms
  • Be comfortable working within strict guidelines and deadlines
  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about healthcare


The MedShr office is in West London, near Barons Court, with measures in place for safe, socially distant working once restrictions are lifted. Longer term, remote working may be considered.
