We're looking for an ACD pair to drive our award-winning creative output across Google and beyond. We're a fast growing creative team that is looking for inspirational creative thinking and a progressive mindset.

Taking briefs from Strategy, you will be responsible for concept generation and steering the direction of each project. You'll own art and copy from the idea, through storyboards and client presentations and even get involved in the creation of design mock-ups, look and feel and animation when required. A full internal production studio will help bring your ideas to life and out into the world.

We're looking for a pair that are motivated, collaborative, and tech-enthused. You'll work closely as part of a tight team that value honesty and hard work in equal measure.

You'll challenge client thinking and expectations, creating exceptional work to raise the standard across all channels
You'll have a wealth of experience concepting, developing and delivering digital campaigns across the multitude of channels and formats
You'll understand the importance of personalised creative solutions that can flex depending who sees it, where they see it and when.
You'll have a passion for tech and want to push the boundaries of what's possible technologically and creatively with your ads
You'll bring energy and approach your work and colleagues with positive intent
You'll feel comfortable presenting your work to clients, rationalising your thoughts and engaging in open debate about your work and always with one eye on developing client relationships
You'll have a breadth of creative knowledge about trends, brands and the ad industry at large, with the ability to produce useful visual references to sell work in.
You'll be at ease taking the lead on creative pitches as well as being involved with other agency pitches.
You'll work closely with the Head of Dept's, Creative Strategy, Producers and Designers to develop and deliver work.
You'll constructively challenge our thinking and meaningfully participate in our culture.
As a bonus, you'll have worked across partnerships and experiential campaigns
You'll have a minimum of 8 years experience working within a Creative role - ideally gained agency-side (digital experience a prerequisite)
A portfolio brimming with creative work for top tier clients
You'll be confident using G-Suite and of course all the usual creative tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Sketch.
