JOB ROLE: CRM Manager

COMPANY: Ecomms

HOURS: 09.00 - 18.00 - Remote working from home. You can be based anywhere in the UK

SALARY: c.£40.000 per annum / £19.23 per hour

LOCATION: Remote working

CULTURE: Flexible / creative

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:

My client is seeking a remote working CRM Manager to join on a temporary basis.

You must be available immediately and happy to work on a permanent basis from home.

IT equipment will be supplied and you can be based anywhere in the UK.

Responsibilities

Managing a team of 4 CRM Execs, to deliver CRM performance against the OKRs in line with the road map and marketing campaign calender, with responsibility for ensuring channel performance against targets.
Planning communication with customers which is timely, relevant and engaging in order to drive maximum performance against objectives.
Implementing a comprehensive testing plan to ensure optimum performance in our customer retention channel.
Ensuring that CRM communications and treatment of data within the team is legally compliant.
Managing the subscriber list, ensuring optimum health of the list, and driving list growth and engagement.
Ensuring that excellent email reputation and deliverability is maintained.
Reporting on performance weekly and monthly, and sharing insights and recommendations with the wider business.
Managing the relationship with their Email Service Provider, ensuring they get the most out of them both in terms of expertise and technology.
Working closely with the Brand and Content team to ensure that their communications are engaging and on brand and form part of a wider communications plan for the business.
Working with the Private label team to ensure that they are featuring private label products to an appropriate level in our communications to help drive margin for the business.
Work closely with the brand team, category managers and buyers to ensure CRM is driving growth and brand affinity to a high standard and in line with other team's strategies.
Understanding the company platforms & how they can make the best use of these to drive customer retention.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

Previous CRM Manager experience
Email marketing experience
Basic knowledge of HTML
