Negotiating and advising on a broad mix of commercial and technology-focused contracts working across the B2B and B2C markets. Typical examples include:
- Supply terms
- Data protection
- Outsourcing and framework arrangements
- Software development and end user licences
- IP/brand protection
- Product distribution
