We are currently seeking a Product Solutions Director - Service Parts and After Sale to accelerate growth in our existing underpenetrated core solutions in current end-markets as well as broaden the core solution offerings into adjacent markets. The preferred candidate can be located in one of the following locations; Germany, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Hungary or Slovakia. This senior level position will report in at the executive level and lead matrix/cross functional teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will come from an Operations background with experience in Service Parts in the Automotive and or Technology environment globally.
About the Role
How you will contribute
Design, develop and refresh a comprehensive multi-year strategy for syncreon Service Parts and After Sale Business.
Define target market and competitor landscape.
Research capabilities required to be best in class in chosen core solution/targeted end markets.
Engage existing internal stakeholders (Operations, IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to address capability gaps and define Go-to-Market strategy.
Deploy Go-to-Market strategy.
Ownership of the capability roadmap for the service offerings.
Partner with Operations to develop required capabilities where gaps exist, etc.
Once in sustaining mode, responsible for support sales opportunities, refreshing the strategy annually & support of M&A strategy.
Your Key Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelors degree in Logistics & Supply-Chain, Business Administration or another relevant field.
Operational experience in 3PL service part business.
Engineering expertise in continuous improvement and lean, and managing a team of engineers.
Experience developing engineering solutions in response to RFQs to win new business.
Experience in creating Go-to-Market strategy in Service Parts, knowledgeable in this industry/area beyond our current portfolio.
Willingness to travel at 25%.
