Office Based Account Manager - Property Sector

Candidate Location: South Coventry, Rugby, Northampton, Daventry, Milton Keynes

The Role: This is a permanent full-time position for an office based Account Manager to join an exciting, fast paced growing company! We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Manager to help grow our existing client base. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop strong relationships from a portfolio of independent estate agents
  • Identify a growth strategy for each client amongst within your designated geographical region
  • Conduct research into competition and stay abreast of the competition
  • Regular contact with customers over the phone, email and occasionally video calls
  • Promote the company's' products and services in a professional manner
  • You must be customer orientated, delivering excellent customer service is at the heart of everything they do
  • Compile, monthly and quarterly sales reports
  • Meet and exceed agreed monthly targets
  • Career opportunity to grow into a Team Leader role
  • Contracted hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with the opportunity for flexible working

  • £25-30k plus Annual Bonus of £15,000

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have an office based sales background within a B2B environment
  • Ideally sold a business service such as; advertising, tech, recruitment
  • Desirable if you have a background within in conveyancing or a related industry
  • Passion for property, IT literate, Tech Savvy
