About us

Tower Bridge is a defining London landmark: a working bascule bridge, a leading events venue and a bustling tourist attraction. Prior to the impact of the pandemic, roughly 850,000 people visited the attraction and we hosted around 250 corporate and private events annually. We also manage the Monument, a popular tourist attraction which commemorates the Great Fire of London.

The role

We're looking for an experienced marketing manager to lead our promotional and educational departments, and to deliver inspirational plans. This is a senior position, at the heart of the management team. You'll play a major part in the development of tourism, events, culture, education and community engagement at Tower Bridge and Monument.

It's a stimulating and varied role. You'll represent the business at internal and external events, manage outsourced contracts, and work alongside everyone from procurement to strategic partners. A key element of this role will be working towards the recovery of the business as the UK and central London tourism economy starts to get back on its feet.

About you

We're looking for plenty of marketing experience in the tourism and events industries, a bachelor's degree and a qualification in marketing or a similar creative discipline. On top of this, you'll need:
  • Experience of planning, producing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent oral presentation skills
  • Experience managing teams and budgets.
