Accounts Payable Assistant - Ellesmere Port - £18-23k
Your new company
You will be working for a growing and well-established business in the Ellesmere Port area that are looking to grow their finance team by bringing in an Accounts Payable Assistant to the team.
Your new role
Working closely with the wider finance team, you will be responsible for recording supplier invoices and credit notes, ensuring that all invoices are matched up before payment is made. You will process payments in a timely manner and will respond to all supplier queries regarding financial matters. It is important that you ensure that all costs are correctly categorised for accounting purposes.
What you'll need to succeed
You should come from a finance background and have ideally worked in accounts payable and it would be beneficial if you have experience of using SAP or Oracle. You will have strong attention to detail and will be a confident communicator, both internally and externally.
