This is a rare opportunity with one of world's best consumer product, multi branded manufacturers to join as a National Account Controller on their fantastic Discounter channel. We are looking for a commercially driven National Account Controller to step in and lead a high performing team and manage a channel in 50% growth year on year. You could also be a high performing Senior National Account Manager with strong team management waiting patiently for your next move!
- Full strategic responsibility for Discounter channel
- Full management of complex P&L
- Direct reports of 2
- Close cross functional work with Category and Cust Marketing Teams
- 4 P's deliver
- Leadership team responsibility outside of the day role example; mental health councils, WFH support and coaching and mentoring.
You will already have a strong background in Customer Management and have minimum 8 years min experience for this position. You have to come from an FMCG background with a preference for branded consumer product.
- Experience in a Senior NAM OR Controller level role
- FMCG big business or large branded training background
- Experience of man management
- Bundles of energy and creativity
- Strong leadership skills, both internally and externally to entice people to get on board and come on the journey.
