Technical Support Analyst - Saas - Remote

An excellent opportunity has arisen with a market leading Saas for a dynamic and client facing Technical Support Analyst with customer facing and team leading abilities.

Role and responsibilities
• Working alongside account team for key client
• Setting up and configuring client applications
• Reviewing / updating and creating technical documents
• Taking ownership of escalated support issues - including complex how do I...' queries and potential bug analysis
• Supporting Sales and Project teams - for example on client demos, authoring SoW technical contents, advising on RFI/RFP responses
• Supporting client IT teams to prepare for their own processes such as CAB approval, integration diagrams
• Capturing key technical points during sales demos and feeding back to Sales and Project teams to help mitigate risk
• Estimating and planning technical tasks - for example setting up an Exchange integration or investigating a bug raised by a live client
• Capturing initial requirements for client bespoke development and working with BA team to refine

• Comfortable speaking to IT teams and project managers of high profile clients
• No job too small or too big - happy to carry out simple tasks such as SQL bulk imports or changing application settings, then the next minute joining a call as Technical Lead for a project
• Self-starting and shares the knowledge
• Can take complex ideas and explain effectively to non-technical roles
• Can write technical guides, process flow / system diagrams

•£45k basic salary
