Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Quality Governance manager to work in London (NW1) on 3-month ongoing contract covering sick leave.

This contract will be within the NHS

Full time position

Monday to Friday 9-5

Pay rate £43Ltd (£34.20PAYE) an hour paid weekly via an umbrella company

Education / Qualifications
*Educated to degree level or equivalent
*Highly developed specialist knowledge to master's level in quality governance and patient experience and involvement and/or equivalent experience
*Project management qualification

Must have / Experience;
*Project management experience - Experience in leading and project managing the development and implementation of policies and strategies -specifically in relation to Patient Experience, Engagement and Involvement Strategy in NHS organisations
*In depth knowledge of national regulatory frameworks and national patient experience requirements
*Sound knowledge of current Health Policy in relation to Patient Experience, Engagement and Involvement
*In-depth understanding of strategic and operational delivery of Patient Experience, Involvement and Engagement across the care system with the experience of delivering a patient experience and engagement strategy
*Planning, developing and evaluating methods and processes for gathering, interpreting, analysing and presenting data into appropriate formats for a variety of audiences
*Experienced in improving the involvement of diverse groups and communities via a variety of ways e.g. Facilitating workshops, focus groups and discussion forums as part of service user engagement and involvement to inform service development
*Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, work concurrently on several priorities, meet deadlines and to produce high quality outcomes to defined specifications.
*Ability to collaborate constructively with colleagues within and outside the organisation to create the conditions for successful working
*Experience of working with highly complex information and presenting this information to a senior audience in a variety of ways e.g. written and oral
*Experience of drafting information for service users and patients
*Highly skilled in Word and Data processing
*An understanding of the application of the principles of Equal Opportunities
*An understanding of the principles of Confidentiality and their application in mental health settings

Personal Skills
*Able to concentrate for long periods of time, reviewing and writing reports
*Able to present complex information to a wide variety of audiences and adapt this information for expert and non-expert audiences.
*Highly developed personal skills to act with tact and sensitivity when dealing with upsetting and sensitive situations.
