Excellent opportunity for an ambitious and friendly Marketing professional keen to join a fast-growing fragrance brand selling to thousands of retail customers across USA and Europe. The right aptitude and attitude is key for us, as well as a Marketing (or similar) degree plus 2 years’ experience.

Role Info:

Marketing Executive – incl. Social Media and Website content creation
Near Bray, Co. Wicklow / Remote Flex Plus some Travel (once safe)
Competitive salary €30K- €34K depending on experience and qualification level

The Opportunity:

An opportunity to join a dynamic Irish SME that is distributing its products to over 3,500 retail store customers around the world. Our best-selling perfume brand Inis the Energy of the Sea is a boutique brand favourite around the world. Devoted users everywhere love Inis + the clean, fresh fragrance which makes you feel close to the sea, no matter where you are.

We export 90% of our sales to North America, the UK and Europe, exhibiting at various tradeshows in these markets, and need a Marketing Executive to join our International Marketing Team.

About Us:

With exciting plans to grow our existing markets and enter new ones, we need help with multi-channel B2B and B2C brand marketing via our website, social media channels, blog, print catalogues, trade shows and special events. Can you help us to develop our markets and our brand?

Based in our converted farmhouse campus on the N11 in Kilmacanogue, Co. Wicklow (but travelling abroad when allowed to again), we need someone with good qualifications and some Digital Marketing experience to work closely with our friendly and creative team. Despite our growth, we remain a highly passionate and creative business with a very collaborative team, so you will need to be able to work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams.

We’re the core funder for the Irish Whale and Dolphin Group and we’re Plastic Neutral Certified, retrieving from the world environment as much plastic as we use each year. We want whoever we hire to be passionate about this area, as it’s a big part of our brand story.

About You:

Our ideal candidate will have good and relevant qualifications and experience as illustrated below and with the ambition to use these to the full to help us continue to grow.

Working as part of our Marketing Team, you will be required to create content for our digital platforms, support the sales and marketing team on various projects including product photoshoots and catalogues, prepare and maintain monthly reports, assist the New Product Development Team, and assist with organising and attending domestic and international tradeshows.

So, we’d like you to:

+ have a degree qualification in Marketing or similar
+ have at least 2 years’ relevant experience
+ be a whiz at Adobe Photoshop, or other similar photo editing software skills
+ have an excellent knowledge of social media
+ have good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
+ be hardworking, passionate with a cheerful personality
+ be a flexible team player, willing to help the team as required
+ have strong attention to detail, organisational skills, good numeracy, and perfect English. An ability in European languages (French, German or Spanish) would be a bonus, but not essential
+ have video editing skills (a bonus, but not essential)
+ have experience with accounts/ERP programmes (a bonus, but not essential)
